Combination of remedial massage & assisted stretch with Neale

 

This session will dramatically increase your mobility and flexibility. Suitable for athletic/sportspeople or those who have chronic muscular pain. This session will be done by Neale, who is also a yoga instructor. Health rebates are still available. Highly recommended.

* Please wear comfortable clothes for this session as the last 20 minutes will be an assisted stretch on a yoga mat.
