YOGA CLASS

Join us for our open-level yoga classes every Monday from 6:30 to 8 pm at Whitewood Hall in Howard Park Reserve, located next to Howard Springs Primary School. If you reside in Palmerston, it's just a short 5-10 minute drive away.

Our open-level classes cater to a wide range of students, whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner. We provide modifications to suit your level of experience, ensuring a welcoming environment for all.

Rest assured, we supply all the necessary props for your practice.

Booking in advance is appreciated, but you can also secure your spot and pay with cash at the door.

Class Fees:

• Casual: $22

• 10-class pass: $190

• 20-class pass: $360

• New student special: $60 for 5 classes (valid for 3 months)
