I highly recommend Yuko for her expert practice as a therapist in remedial massage - I say this as a regular customer for the last 5 years. I tried a few therapists in Darwin when I first arrived and then once I began coming to Yuko regularly I experienced positive results. I use her practice for self-care and managing a chronic neck and lower back injury. Her practice in Palmerston is handy to me and easy to find and the massage space has a lovely relaxing vibe with a great table and I love that she uses linen / cotton coverings rather than towels. If I had to rate 10/10 from me.

The shooting pain up my inside thigh on Saturday and the Gym work on Sunday for a jumping session almost killing myself in the process and I had to get help, but my physio was on holiday. Then it was my trusty rock climbing massage therapist (Neale) came to my aid with his hands of steel. And holy shit, never have I gone to push his hand away, being reminded of the pain of childbirth. So It was a "win-win" situation in many ways today. I got twice as much time and pain for the same price as the physio, I got permission to stop for a few days and I was reminded that my blinkers need to come off.
