• Best for: All new clients (mandatory for your first visit) and returning clients seeking regular maintenance.

 

90-Min Whole Body Restoration

• The Depth: Our most comprehensive service. With extra time, we perform a deep, systemic reset of the entire body.

• Who is this for: Clients experiencing chronic, widespread muscle tension, long-standing postural fatigue, or those who need the time to fully disconnect and let their nervous system down-regulate. Includes a premium, custom essential oil blend.

50-Min Targeted Maintenance (Follow-up Clients Only)

• The Focused Approach: A high-intensity session where we bypass the full assessment to focus purely on your specific recovery goals.

30-Min Precision Maintenance (Follow-up Clients Only)
